Building Conservatories
Nearly two storeys high, this conservatory accommodates a balcony off the second floor guest suite. Double corner columns anchor this grand structure. Significant mouldings at the eaves and mid level correspond to the limestone moulding on the house.
Custom Conservatory
Oak Leaf’s totally custom capability enabled an exact replica of detailing from the house. The inventive process included moulding profiles on glazing bars, columns, base panels and shaped lantern windows with an emphasis on quality.
Kitchen and Family Room Extension
The conservatory adds 600 square feet of casual living and dining space. Standing seam copper roof areas have a curved bead board ceiling internally. The glass lantern roof and gabled entrance is on axis with the pool beyond.
Unique Conservatory Design
A unique design solution accommodated the challenging abutment area to the existing house with the central gabled roof flanked by flat roof areas. The outline of the gable eaves mirrors the house emphasized by the decorative brackets.
Curved Timber Work
A curved link way connects two buildings of this residence. This creation of architecture is testimony to the evolution of our work with the curved ridge and concave and convex curved timber cornice and gutters.
